Your ranch office, by text.
Your crew texts what happened. Two Track keeps the records, lines out the crew, watches every deadline, and sends the owner one page every Monday. No app. No hardware.

It knows your pastures, your crew, your cattle, your leases and your vet's protocol. So you just ask what's going on.
Two Track answers with what needs you, handles what it can, and saves the rest for the Monday Report. Paperwork is prepared for your signature, never filed without you.
Example conversation between a ranch manager and Two Track.
• Unit 4 needs to move by Thursday to stay on your grazing plan.
• Your grazing lease renewal is due Oct 15. The paperwork isn't in yet.
• 3 bulls still don't have breeding soundness records.
• Wednesday's gather has 4 hands assigned. Tyler hasn't confirmed.
• Mineral runs out in about 5 days at this rate.
• 37 cows still don't have preg check results entered.
More than a notebook. Your ranch office manager.
The work gets done. The records don't.
Doctoring goes in a pocket notebook. Dead ones get mentioned at the barn. Water problems live in somebody's head. By the time the owner asks, the numbers are a week old and half guessed.
- A calf shipped inside its withdrawal time
- A death with no cause, place or photo when the claim comes due
- A head count that drifts and nobody knows where
One of those costs more than a year of Two Track.
Three steps. Nothing to install.
Every reply is a receipt.
The crew texts like they always do. Two Track answers with exactly what it logged, and asks at most one question.
One page. Every Monday.
- Head count by class, reconciled against the books
- Deaths with cause, place and photo on file
- Animals on withdrawal hold, and who's still on hold at ship day
- Open water and repairs, and how long they've been down
- Rain, pasture moves and the next 30 days of deadlines
- Decisions needed, at the top of the owner's list

It's your notebook, not a camera.
Two Track records what your crew did, not where they are. You see every report before the owner does, and you can add a note. Your wins land in front of the owner every Monday.
What Two Track doesn't do: Two Track never gives vet, tax, legal or market advice. Drug choices stay with your vet. No withdrawal date is set without your vet's protocol on file. Paperwork is prepared for your signature, never filed for you.
Priced like a hand, not like software.
One monthly fee per operation. No per-text charges, so your crew never thinks twice about texting it in.
Questions
Does my crew need an app?
No. They text a regular phone number. Photos and voice memos work too.
What if they text in shorthand or misspell things?
That's normal. Two Track knows your pasture names, your drugs and your crew. When something's missing, it asks one short question.
Who sees the records?
Your manager and your owner, and nobody else. The ranch owns its data and can export all of it any time.
Does Two Track tell us what drug to use or when to sell?
No. Drug choices stay with your vet. Withdrawal dates come from your vet's signed protocol. Market prices are shown for context only, never as advice.
Does it replace our bookkeeping software?
No. We work from your QuickBooks or bookkeeper exports and your existing spreadsheets.
What if we have no cell signal out there?
Texts send when the phone gets back in range. Nothing is lost.
How do we start?
Ask for a Fall Close-Out. It's the easiest way to see what Two Track does with your own numbers.
Built by a cowboy who ran the office side too.
I've spent my working life horseback: day work, camp jobs and foreman on big outfits. I've also run the other side of the business. I managed 280 people and a $30 million logistics operation, and answered to owners who wanted clean numbers every week.
Two Track is the office I always wanted behind me. Your crew texts what happened, we keep the books, and the owner gets one honest page every Monday.
